AirNet's Products and Technology are a Perfect Fit for Guam

Melbourne, FL, May 5, 2003 - AirNet Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: ANCC), the technology leader in base station products for wireless communications, today announced that HafaTEL, an existing AirNet customer, has placed orders for approximately $500,000 which include AdaptaCell® base stations, AirSite® TripCap™ upgrade kits and maintenance services. The equipment will be utilized to provide increased capacity and coverage on HafaTEL's PCS network.
